Shawn helped whip up a batch of "Sticky Corn" this morning to give to his friends at school for "Valentimes" Day. Mason made sure it was good enough to give away.Here's the recipe if you want to make some of your own:
Sticky Popcorn
1 large bowl of air popped corn (10 quarts)
In a small saucepan bring to boiling:
2/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. corn syrup
1/2 C. butter
Turn off the heat and add:
1/2 t. vanilla
Pour over popped corn and stir to mix well.

Does your popcorn turn out soft and chewy or crunchy? It's very similar to the recipe my Mom uses. Sounds like a fun time cooking. Cute photo! Happy Valentines Day to you all!
