Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

These are SUPER EASY!

chicken breasts, cut into strips
fresh pineapple, red or green pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.
bottled Hawaiian marinade (I really like the Target Market Pantry brand)

Marinate chicken while you cut up the fruit & veggies.  Thread onto skewers, brush with more marinade and grill until chicken is done - usually only about 10 minutes, turning halfway through. (You can use a grill pan inside if you don't want to fire up the grill outside - we love to get our grill going weekly, year round).  If you use wooden skewers make sure you soak them in water first so they don't burn. 

I like to serve this with rice pilaf and bread.
