To help me stick to my New Year's Goal of eating better, exercising more and actually wanting to shop for a new swim suit this summer, I've joined MyFoodDiary.com. Yes, millions of people resolve to 'diet' every January, but I'm not dieting. I'm making a lifestyle change. Excellent! It looks like a good website. I'm not sure I like the idea of recording EVERYTHING I eat, but I guess that's the whole point...
