I hope you have enjoyed the past three days. I hope that your hot chocolate and apple cider and scarves and sweaters have made you really happy. I hope your children love the cold weather as much as you do and that you've all been content and cozy under your blankets by the fire.
As for me... The phrase cabin fever has taken on a whole new meaning. I'm enduring by dreaming of green grass, sandals, lemon berry slushes during happy hour, and the sounds of my kids in the backyard on a hot summer day. I would take 100* over this any day.

Just for the record, I'm a COOL weather friend. The past few days have been a little much for me too. I prefer to stay above 35 degrees thankyouverymuch. It's February--it can't last too much longer, right?
ME TOO! And I now have to live in Virginia. Not that I don't like it here, but I am such a warm weather girl. I love swimming and going outside in the warm. I have been trying to warm up all day today.
I agree with Jodi...I'm more for COOL weather ;-)
I am certainly ready for the kids to return to school tomorrow, though I'm nervous about the weather forecast for this Tuesday night/Wednesday... they wouldn't cancel school again....would they?!?
