Whose Cuisine Will Reign Supreme?

You'll definitely want to tune into Food Network Sunday night for what is destined to be one of my favorite episodes of Iron Chef America ever. I don't know whose cuisine will reign supreme but I definitely know which judge I'm most excited to see!
