Giddy-Up

Monday was Western Day at preschool for Shawn.  He was so excited to dress up in his new cowboy shirt and didn't mind that the hat was a little smashed.  I have no idea how long ago I bought it and it we found it quite smashed at the bottom of the dress-up box that morning. A real cowboy wouldn't want a spankin' new hat anyway, right?  The kids had a great time visiting different stations including a petting zoo, gold mining, crafts, stick horse ridin' and sack races.

Five of the twelve kids in Shawn's class are in our ward. Shawn and Ben really are good friends.
I think he was just a little annoyed with my picture-taking.

What great photos...I especially love the b+w ones. I think it's great that there are so many members that attend LCS. Western Days is one of our favorite events, also.

Shawn is adorable and I love how you tweaked the photos - sepia, right?

What a neat opportunity to have ward friends in his preschool class. That is neat.
