Winter Beef Stew

I tried this recipe last week and it was a hit with the family:


I love when it's 'Soup Season'...even if it's 70* outside!

I think its great you have a blog. My roommates are bloggers, and I've considered entering the blogging world myself. I'm not sure I'm ready to commit... Maybe when I'm done with school. Thanks for sharing yours. I hope you're loving your new mac!

If only Richard would eat soup. . . oh well! I don't miss it as much here in the sunshine as I did in our freezing (literally) IN days.

It's a very hearty stew - not soupy at all. Just tell Richard it's steak with veggies and sauce. If he doesn't eat it I'll pay for him to order a pizza.

Mmmm, I love stew...we don't really get a lot of "soup weather" down here but maybe I can pretend one of these days! Kelly, just make a ton of rolls and he won't starve!
