So, what did you do this morning? The girls and I got up bright and early to head to a Barnes & Noble bookstore (about 30 minutes away) at 6:00 a.m. so that we could get in line to get tickets for a Stephenie Meyer book signing event this coming Saturday. We could only get one ticket per person so we all had to be there in order to get tickets and we had to purchase copies of her new book, The Host, which hit shelves today. Luckily there were only 300 people ahead of us in line but there were 584 seats available for Saturday. Whew! Amanda & Ashley were a little late for school, but we are so excited about meeting Stephenie this weekend!

I'm soooo jealous! I actually just sent you an e-mail about this. I'm so bummed I didn't know about this or I would have headed up this morning. Oh well. You'll have to report back and let us know what you thought of Stephenie in person. Nick is SOOO bummed he won't be able to go!

I haven't started it yet - Amanda is enjoying it so far. I just finished a book last night and need to read my next book club book....
