I found this recipe online a couple years ago, but haven't made it for awhile. We had this for dinner last night and it turned out great.
Mahi Mahi Maui Style
4 Mahi Mahi filets
2 T. butter
1 clove garlic
1 T. teriyaki sauce
2 T. lime juice
1 T. honey
1 T. sesame seeds
Melt 1 T. butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute. Remove from heat. Stir in teriyaki, lime, honey & sesame seeds. Pour over filets in shallow dish and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat remaining butter in skillet over medium heat. Add mahi mahi filets and saute 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
I also grilled up some fresh pineapple spears and served rice, a loaf of store bought Hawaiian bread and stir-fry pea pods and carrots. I love it when a meal looks - and tastes - like it took a lot of work when it's really so simple.

That was VERY VERY good! I enjoyed it, and hope to have it again... hint hint?
Julie, this looks like another winner! We love fish but I've never learned how to make it at home. I'll have to try it soon!
I didn't grow up eating fish (other than tuna sandwiches or casserole) but I've been amazed at how fast and easy it is to make. You'll have to give it a try.
Gross! ;)
