And The Winner Is...

Here's the winning recipe from the Mrs. Field's 30th Anniversary Cookie Contest. If you're a fan of peanut butter cookies you've got to try these.  They are amazingly fabulous!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Scotchies

1 C. white sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. unsalted butter
1 1/2 C chunky peanut butter
4 1/2 C. rolled oats
2 t. vanilla
3 whole eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag butterscotch chips
3/4 C. chopped pecans

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in oats, soda, chips and nuts until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets (or use parchment paper).  Bake at 350* for 12 minutes until brown on bottom and some browning on top. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
